my house is going through major renovations... stoked on it, but not so stoked about the dust, heat and lack of ac during all of this. as of today the list of renovations includes:
-new kitchen
-addition of pantry
-enclosed wash room in back
-tear down 3 walls
-replace the laminate floor with wood
-replace carpet with wood
-expand living room
-expand dining room
-add recessed lights to living room/kitchen
-replace moldings with crown molding
-remove "popcorn" ceilings
im sure my parents will add to this list.
FML i dont want to be around for all of this work!

Don't use too much wall paintings in your house if you wanna it look bigger and cleaner. My office is full of posters and wall stickers. I will try to use my interior designing skills and give others consultation to change the overall look-n-feel of the workplace. Anyways, good luck to you for the renovation.
